1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use related technologies such as local storage and session storage where needed for the application to function.
2. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary: required for security, authentication, session management, CSRF protection, and load balancing. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
- Functional / preference: remember choices such as theme (light/dark) or UI preferences.
- Analytics: help us understand traffic and feature usage so we can improve the platform (only where enabled).
- Marketing: used only if we enable advertising or campaign measurement tools; not required for core recruitment features.

Our consent banner records whether you choose “Necessary only” or “Accept”. The platform currently uses only the necessary and preference storage described above. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and request a fresh choice before enabling them.
