By accessing and using Labour Market, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your information up to date.
3. For Candidates
- You must provide truthful information in your profile and applications
- You may not submit fraudulent applications or misrepresent your qualifications
- You are responsible for keeping your profile and CV up to date
4. For Employers
- Job postings must be for legitimate positions and comply with South African labour laws
- You may not engage in discriminatory hiring practices
- You must respect the privacy of candidate information
5. For Sponsors
- Sponsors must comply with B-BBEE and other relevant regulations
- Workforce development programs must be genuine and provide real value
- Sponsors are responsible for proper management of affiliated employers
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment or abuse of any platform users
- Posting false, misleading or discriminatory content
- Using the platform for illegal activities
- Attempting to circumvent platform security
7. Limitation of Liability
Labour Market provides the platform as-is. We are not responsible for employment decisions, disputes between parties, or the accuracy of information provided by third parties.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
